RETURN POLICY

RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT ONLY. 
Original form of payment will NOT be refunded.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT MUST BE RETURNED:

  • Within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • In new condition.

  • Including a print out of your email order confirmation.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

  • Returns received after 14 days will not be issued store credit.

  • All sale items are final sale.

  • Store credit will be issued in the amount of the item’s purchase price only.

  • All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

  • The acceptance of any and all returns are subject to company’s discretion.

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please email us at contact@dariustwin.com within 5 days of delivery. If a replacement item is available, we will reserve it for you until we receive your returned item (must be returned within 14 days of initial delivery). If a replacement item is not available, you will be offered a full refund to your original form of payment.
